Local vet wants to give back but needs your help

SHELLEY — A local Desert Storm Marine veteran is making plaques to give to military veterans, first responders and law enforcement, but he needs help.

Mike Frost moved to Shelley with his family a little over a year ago. After his father, a 22-year veteran, passed away in 2020, Frost made a memorial plaque to honor his father. He then had the idea to keep making plaques to honor veterans, first responders and law enforcement. Frost said he wants to make the plaques as service at no charge, but he needs help and is asking for donations.
