Jace Wright opens Pinnacle Real Estate office in Shelley

SHELLEY — A local man has opened a new real estate office in Shelley.

Friends, family, past and present clients, and Shelley’s mayor all attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Jace Wright’s Pinnacle Real Estate office in Shelley on Wednesday.

“It’s super exciting. I was born and raised in Shelley and I couldn’t think of anything better than opening a business here,” Wright told Community Pioneer.

His office is located on the south side of the State Street Storage building across N State St. from Cox’s Honey.

Wright has been practicing real estate for just under two years and has already been recognized for his success. He received the 2021 Circle of Excellence from Boise Regional Realtors for having $3.5 million worth of real estate transactions within just one year.

“The idea of sales has always intrigued me, but I didn’t like the type of sales where I had to convince someone to buy something. Real estate is the opposite of that. People already want a house, I’m just here to help them along in that process,” Wright said about why he started a career in real estate.

Wright said the real estate market in Shelley–much like most of Idaho–is “crazy,” and it is his understanding of the local market that sets him apart from other real estate agents.

“I’m grateful to be here. And we’re excited,” he said.

Wright is brokered through Pinnacle Real Estate and can be contacted through their website pinnacleofidaho.com.
