Shelley Police Log: Oct. 13-19

Otherwise, the incident log is reported as written. The following are most of the incidents reported and responded to by the Shelley Police Department between Oct. 13-19.
Oct 13
10:21 a.m. Civil Stand-By — Opal Ct — RP requesting help with getting items. Previous domestic. Husband (name removed) drives white GMC pickup. Known to carry a pistol, should be at work currently. RP at Shelley PD in white Ford pickup.
12:09 p.m. Lost Property — Shelley PD — RP at PD in dark blue Hyundai Santa Fe, looking to see daughter’s phone was turned in.
3:09 p.m. Animal Complaint — W Center St — RP states has been a medium size white/brown in the RP’s yard all day, unknown owner. Is still in the yard, RP is trying to catch it. would like it picked up.
5:59 p.m. Welfare Check — W Oak St — RP has received some disturbing photos of a residence in which his nephew is residing. Would like to be contacted by the officer that responds.
6:21 p.m. Animal Complaint — Subway — Two strays behind location. A Border Collie and a brindle colored mix. RP unable to get near them. Advised they are eating something so they’ll probably stay put.
6:47 p.m. Information — Good To Go — Male tried to pass a counterfeit 20 dollar bill. Left in a gray minivan (license plate number removed). Male was (name removed).
8:31 p. Traffic Complaint — E Center St — Someone on a side by side UTV tearing around the construction site east of RP’s location. Says the vehicle has.
8:32 p.m. DUI (arrested) — Highway 91 — Passenger car behind RP almost ran a couple vehicles off the road. Silver Toyota UT plate (license plate number removed). RP willing to sign, and following.

12:45 p.m. Welfare Check — W Maple St — RP sees blood outside the door at this apartment – Occupant is (name removed) – No one is coming to the door and he would like it checked out.
1:34 p.m. Accident — Oak St — RP’s car hit this morning at approximately 6:30 a.m. Needs report.
4:02 p.m. Accident — Broulim’s — Occured today at approximately noon today. No subject vehicle info at this time.
6:39 p.m. Information –N State St — Fired an (name removed) today and she is now “disgruntled.” Advised she’s now circling the area in her large red lifted pickup. Unkown plate. Just drove by about 2 ago, southbound on State.
9:32 p.m. Eluding (arrested) — E Locust St & N Park Ave — Fail to yield.
10:06 p.m. Civil Stad-By — W Pine St — RP and her friend (name removed) needing civil stand-by with (name removed) while (name removed) gets her items from the residence. (Name removed) and (name removed) were just in a domestic situation. RP is back en route to get her times, ETA 10 minutes in a red Saturn and a silver Kia Optima.

11:09 a.m. Abandoned Vehicle — E Center St — RP states that there is a smaller black motorcycle, no license plates, that has been left in front of the residence for the last several days.

9:23 a.m. Unlawful Entry — W Maple St — RP states that sometime during the night someone broke her window. Appears that they were trying to get into her residence. Her cast is also missing. Unknown suspect.
Oct 18
9:26 a.m. Malicious Injury — River Valley Dental Care — Business “tagged” over the weekend sometime after 1:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday 1 p.m. Paint is black.
11:35 a.m. Civil Complaint — S Holmes Ave — RP states that he is staying at a friend’s house to take care of the dogs while she was away.
3:04 p.m. Agency Assist — W Oak St — RP requesting an officer to assist on checking on a 2-year-old ad 4-month-old. Mother is (name removed). RP will be in a silver Chevy Impala. ETA 20.
Oct 19
6:13 a.m. Accident — S Milton Ave — Two vehicle accident. No injuries no road blockage. A grey Dodge truck and a red car.
10:27 a.m. Malicious Injury — Holley St — Stated someone spread poop on her front windows and sprayed something else on her other windows.
4:08 p.m. Lost Property — N Hanson Ave — White Oakleys fell out of his pocket – wondering if they have been turned into the police department requesting a call from an officer.
