Shelley bans on-street parking until snow plows clear the streets

SHELLEY: Late this afternoon, December 12th, the mayor of Shelley issued a snow proclamation, meaning all cars must be parked off the street by 8 p.m. this evening for the snowplows to clear snow off the streets.


At 4:44 p.m. this afternoon, the city of Shelley notified its residence by text message the following: A snow proclamation has been issued effective today, 12/12/22 at 8:00 p.m. Please remove and keep vehicles off the streets so the streets can be plowed. Vehicles left on the street will be towed at the owner’s expense. Thank you.
