Rocky Mountain Power planned outage for part of Firth and Shelley

FIRTH – A power outage that occurred this morning that included parts of the Firth and Shelley area was a planned outage by Rocky Mountain Power

Rocky Mountain Power planned a power outage in the Firth and Shelley areas this morning, a representative for the company said.  “It was a planned outage scheduled to run from 4 to 7 a.m. while they worked on equipment at the Goshen substation.â€

However, the outage lasted only an hour and a half as crews finished the work early.  Rocky Mountain said they notified affected customers before the outage.
