SHELLEY — If you’ve ever wanted to cook the perfect steak, these two will show you how to do it.

East Idaho Foodies’ Heber Sadovich and meat aficionado Nick Kelley show you their favorite methods for cooking steaks. Heber goes old school by searing the steak in a hot cast iron pan then finishing it to the perfect temperature in the oven. Nick, however, prefers the conveniences of modern technology in the form of a sous vide machine. He keeps his steak at a low temperature for hours before finally searing and serving.
