SHELLEY:  The bond for the proposed new Shelley High School has failed. Newly elected City Council Members and school board members announced. According to the Bingham County Elections Office, the Shelley High School Bond failed to get enough votes to pass the two-thirds majority required.  The bond only received 944 (48.49%) votes favor of it, while 1007 (51.61%) voted against it.
